I know what it's like to feel like it’s never enough. Like you’re never enough.

By throwing out the rule book that was keeping me miserable I began the slow but steady process of prioritizing my mental and physical well being above all else.
Along the way, I found my path—helping other women build healthier relationships with themselves and social media by combining my training as an NASM certified wellness coach and my career as an award-winning social media strategist.
