Cultivate Mindful Moments is an intimate 8-week coaching program that combines small group instruction with one-on-one coaching.

Get personalized support with weekly homework and journal prompts plus daily affirmations customized to your and your goals. You’ll learn how to look inward, find healing, and practically build a life aligned with who you really are.

I’m not here to tell you that I have all the answers, but I have lived that life obsessed with numbers: the one on the scale and the clothing tags, the amount of calories eaten vs. burned, the quantity of likes and follows.

I know what it's like to feel like it’s never enough. Like you’re never enough.

Well, enough of that.

By throwing out the rule book that was keeping me miserable I began the slow but steady process of prioritizing my mental and physical well being above all else. 

Along the way, I found my path—helping other women build healthier relationships with themselves and social media by combining my training as an NASM certified wellness coach and my career as an award-winning social media strategist.
